Emaar Hotels & Resorts LLC is a subsidiary of Emaar Properties
and was initially created as part of a joint venture project with world
renowned, fashion maestro, Giorgio Armani. It is Emaar's aim to develop and operate
unique hotel branded products at five star level that are internationally
recognized as the finest "lifestyle" oriented hotel or resort, providing
seamless integration of spectacular design, cutting edge technology and world
class service in the markets they serve. The first Armani/Emaar hotel is destined
to be in the Burj Dubai and Emaar is looking to develop and operate a collection
of branded, mix-use properties that are unsurpassed in quality, innovation and
service. Emaar Hotels & Resorts embraces a minimum number of organizational
levels, reporting relationships and staffing to ensure efficiencies and a lean
organizational design. In addition to the collaboration with Giorgio Armani SPA,
Emaar Hotels & Resorts LLC is responsible for expanding Emaar's profile on a
global basis by the creation of Emaar hotels internationally.
